The subject of our representation is a
light and convenient for operation TILLER. It is designed for mechanized agricultural
tilling of vegetable fields, fruit gardens and green-house cultures. It is used
for soil-cultivation with a depth up to 30 cm for destroying of weeds.
All functional pieces are entirely metal.
The rotating elements are assembled on rolling bearings. The construction is
unified for the assembly of various models of four-stroke gasoline and diesel
motors with the capacity from 3 till 8 HP.
The corpus
is pressed out of thick sheet
iron.
The working parts
are compact, that allows 6 fixed adjustments of the
working width from 20 cm to 90 cm. The hoes are made from heat-treated high-alloyed
steel. The steering-wheel is ergonomic and could be regulated.
The motion of the motor is transmitted
to a steady belt-chain drive.
The motor is protected from overloading
with the help of a toothed trapezium-shaped belt, which is driven by a
leading /operating/ station
.
We offer trailing equipment, such as: furrower,
potato digger, water pump, transport wheels, end reduction gears for trailing,
trailer.
The machine is up to the requirements of
safety work according to the directives EN 292-1 and EN 1553 of CEN.

in the manual of the machine.
